About The Founders

Laura & Janet Greenwald

Janet and Laura Greenwald are one of the only mother/daughter writing teams in the entertainment industry.

They began their careers in production on network sitcoms at MGM and Warner Bros. Their lives later took an unexpected turn following the hospitalization and death of Jan's mother and Laura's grandmother, Elaine Sullivan.

That experience led Laura and Jan to help enact Next of Kin notification laws in California and Illinois, develop hospital notification training and create the practical books, tools and Ready In Ten™ Solution Guides that became Get Your Stuff Together.

Their work asks one continuing question:

What simple thing can someone do now that may make an Oh No! moment easier later?
