Travel rearranges all the little assumptions that make home easy.
Different hotel. Different city. Different transportation. Maybe different time zones. Then somebody gets separated or the day's plan suddenly changes.
'Meet me where we always meet' isn't much help when there is no always.
And That's Where The Day Changes.
The problem itself is only part of the problem. The rest is what happens when the information, plan or backup you need isn't there when you reach for it.
That's the moment this story can turn in a different direction.
The Game Changer
A travel communication plan gives your family a home base even when home is hundreds of miles away.
You don't need to solve every possible emergency. You need to make this one problem easier before it has a chance to become five.
Now You Can Do Something About It.
Choose meeting and contact plans for the trip.
Make important itinerary and contact information easier to share.
Give everyone a backup plan if phones or original plans fail.
Not someday. Not after you reorganize your whole life. One useful piece at a time.
Now Run The Scene Again.
The problem may still happen. That's not the promise.
The promise is that you won't have to meet it empty-handed.
Take The Solution With You.

You've seen the problem. More importantly, you know there is something you can do about it.
